Share in the thrill – become an owner of a KMR-trained racer

posted in: News, Owning

It’s easy and it’s exciting! You can become the owner of a share of a standardbred racehorse trained by Cambridge-based Kyle Marshall Racing.

Our stable has a range of ownership options for pacers and trotters who will mainly race in the upper North Island.

Here’s how it works …

What you get

You’ll share in the fun of owning a harness racer. Will your horse be a future champion?

Whatever the future holds, we’ll share the thrills of the journey with you.

You’ll have owner’s benefits at the track.

We’ll use smart technology to keep you up-to-date with your horse’s progress.

And we’ll do our best to take our stable’s winning attitude to the track, giving your horse every chance to succeed.

What it costs

Our syndication model is flexible, easy to understand and transparent.

Our standard ownership share in a horse is 10% but we’ll accommodate those who want more or less – if you want 25%, just ask. If you prefer to take only 5%, let us know.

You pay one initial fee and then pay a fixed monthly training charge that covers all costs – no hidden charges or nasty surprises! The monthly charge takes effect from the day after our syndication offer closes.

We run a separate account for each syndicate, so you’ll know how your horse is performing and how much is in the kitty.

What we’re trying to achieve

Our mission is to provide our owners with the most compelling racing experience possible.

We buy and prepare young horses we think have the potential to become top racers. We specifically look for young horses with the breeding and physique likely to get them to the race track as two-year-olds, so we can target lucrative races.
